“ Very pleasant purchase experience with the team at Carson City Toyota. Found a Tundra on cars.com and within 10 minutes Morgan emailed me. I live in CA so I was 300 miles away from the dealer, so Morgan and I had to communicate through email for a week on pricing, financing, registration and everything in between. Once everything was locked down with Morgan, she then passed me on to Chris. Chris assured me out of state registration was not going to be a problem and we double checked all the numbers and proceeded with a deposit to secure the Tundra. I was then passed to Julian to schedule a visit to the dealer. Two weeks later I arrive first thing on a Saturday morning, Julian had the Tundra ready to roll in the delivery garage with an another Tundra to compare the two. Performed a test drive on both builds and I was ready to sign paper work. I was then passed to Toby in financing, he was very detailed and answered all my silly questions. Gave me a run down on all the added warranties and what not with no pressure to purchase. I did end up purchasing the extended vehicle warranty as I drive a lot. Paper work took no more than 45 minutes. After that Julian did a walk around the truck with me, showed me all the features and made sure I was 100% happy before driving off. Overall spent a total of 4 hours at the dealer which is average in my experience. I thank the whole team at Carson City Toyota for the very streamline and no BS vehicle purchase. They promised everything they said from pricing, financing and CA vehicle registration (which they made super easy, all the paper work and checks mailed to me, all I had to do was smog and go to the DMV for 15 minutes). Again thank you Morgan, Chris, Julian and Toby! You guys rock! ”

“ If your looking to lease or buy I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Having moved from Florida I had no idea how to drive in the snow and our sales rep Seth Trivitt took almost a whole hour explaining the car to us and how to drive in all types of weather and when to use the 4high and when to use the 4 low. I typically don't like going to dealership without my boyfriend because they alway they always try to haggle with prices and get you into a car you can't afford but they didn't here so I felt comfortable purchasing and they gave us a great deal. Overall, if your looking for an easy process for buying or leasing I would recommend this place ”
